Thy Kingdom Come is an initiative by the Archbishop of Canterbury to invite parishes and churches throughout the world to take part in a Wave of Prayer during the week between Ascension and Pentecost next year (25 May – 4 June 2017). This year UK churches joined in the first Wave of Prayer but the 2017 vision is to go global with every part of the worldwide Anglican communion, the World Methodist Council and many Pentecostal, Free Churches, and some Eastern and Orthodox Churches in the UK also giving support.
